0.625m and 1m docking port SAS problem

I found that using 0.625m or 1m docking port to dock 2 heavy craft and turn SAS on will eventually cause wobbling after attitude change

and this phenomenon happen from 0.22

Could dev team revise the SAS logic or just enhance the 0.625m/1m docking port connection strength?

I don't think that's bound to happen. That's just the consequence of using a small docking port to join two large ships.

However, if both ships have SAS modules, try disabling torque on all but one. Having multiple reaction wheels active, especially on opposite sides of docking ports will result in severe wobbling as they act against each other.

There's also Docking Port Sr and I have very good experience with it for docking heavy ships.

Actually my "heavy craft" means a SSTO plane that mass around 2X~30T, it won't fit a 2.5m docking port

You can use two 1.25m docking ports then.
