Definitely Minmus. I originally learned to do landings in the demo, i.e. on Mun, which I think is the reason my Minmus landers always seem grossly overdesigned, allowing me to drop in, take off, and drive back to Kerbin like it's no big thing.

Now Kerbin, on the other hand... for some reason my science plane missions lately have all been going horribly wrong. It's not that I don't know how to build planes - I just can't manage to consistently land safely on or near mountains, even with parachutes all over the thing. So I'd have to say, oddly enough, Kerbin is my bad luck planet. xP

Minmus and Mun for obvious reasons - they are very easy to reach and came back from for my space program.

Never had any issues with Eeloo,I guess 'cause a fair bit of planning goes into it.
