  1. Good for him but I honestly have no idea how his content is funny/entertaining. Scott Manley for the win
  2. I`m with Microsoft sims since MFS 98 I think - got tons of add-ons, planes/scenery - good fun all around.
  3. I`m so glad that the old movies got the most votes so far - of course the The Empire Strikes Back!
  4. When one of my best buddies told me that he is a creationist. No offense but there are some things that I cant take seriously.
  5. 37 degrees Celsius here
  6. X-plane is the best non combat flight sim at the moment due to the way it calculates the flight model. It's basically a virtual wind tunnel. But unfortunately it's only a base to build on - if you dont want to invest large amount of money in to professionally made planes, do not buy it. Default planes are very very undeveloped to say at least.
  7. Looks like we are paying for landing on rocky barren bodies only - you want to land on the earth like world? Money up front for the next "pass". Correct me if i`m wrong but they are pulling Battlefield Premium here.
  8. I went from blind fanboyism during the beta to almost not playing the game now. Non of the updates bring anything that I wanted to see in game (yes I`m one of those that took the part about SP offline content too serious). I won't be buying this I think. The whole Elite went Mehhh for me. And no, I wont use "my imagination" (yes, I have the problem with Elite community too). I`m a very bitter sad commander now.
  9. Those are some mind blowing creations you are sharing guys - wow for the creativity and assembling skills!
  10. Time Rammeside aka the A New Reckoning - one of the most broken indie game ever created. http://store.steampowered.com/agecheck/app/290650/ No no, it is not early access or anything, this is how done, finished product looks like. And it not the Unity game - its on brand new Unreal 4.
  11. I was watching the testing phase of this monster - it will be epic! Nice name btw
  12. FNAF fenomena is one of those that I really, really don't understand. People are so fascinated by those that it's unbelievable. There are animatronic furries that goes "boo" on you, and you just switching cameras. Yes, it is somehow innovative but that hype.... really? Maybe some Freddy enthusiast could tell me what I`m missing lol?
  13. I will probably pick PC NMS but due to the weird art direction I'm not really jumping up and down for this one.
  14. No idea why would Squad do that. KSP is not exactly your typical console game. Also in my few years with this game I have never seen anyone asking for the console version. How many console users will really buy this? They should really put 64 bit support/Unity 5 first. First Elite dangerous, now KSP.... in both cases there's a chance that PC users will be from this moment more or less ignored due to focus on other platform.
  15. Well I actually forgot about THE worst piece of entertaining software I have played: Guise of the Wolf - don`t ask me why I bought it. Broken, illogical mess of a "game". Just look at TB video: (btw - its funny to watch, but when you actually playing the game - you hate life )
  16. I played so many good/bad games that this will be hard to pick (I will exclude flight simulators because I love em all and those are not games). Best: -Mass Effect 1/2: my best sf RPG experience so far - I just love the characters and I already have multiple playthroughs after me. I dont think I will ever get bored with those games. -Alien: Isolation: it's a truly a piece of art among the games, a great gaming tribute to one of the best SF horror movies in a history. -Fallout: New Vegas: same as Mass Effect I have hundreds of hours put into it and it just never gets boring. And with mods it's getting better and better. -DooM 3: its not getting old, it plays absolutely perfect, it's a hard old school FPs that I can play over and over again. -Dead Space: One of the best horror/action games I've played. The sound, monsters and level design is spot on and creates very unique spooky atmosphere through the entire game. Dead Space 1 is still the best game in the serie. -EVE Online: Its my second life. Not much to add - best mmo of all time. -Dark Souls: Very dark, very difficult and very challenging game. But really amazing in every aspect. It's a experience. Worst/most disappointing (those may be controversial, but that's how I feel about them): -Dragon Age Inquisition: painful to play, really boring, not much to combat apart from spamming buttons all the time, and none of the characters appealed to me in any way. Waist of money for me. -Battlefield 4: paid dlc simulator, no tactics, run shoot/die call of duty style - horrid experience. -Wolfenstein New Order: is so full of useless cut-scenes, scripted events, and quick time events its not even Call of duty level of awful. Its painful and distracts you from actually fun and well made shooting fragments (dual wielding machine guns is awesome). There is nothing "old school" about it, it was awful experience. -Tom Raider: Its a good game if you can enjoy lots of quick time events and scripted sequences. I can't and couldn't stand it. It's like interactive movie with some easy puzzle elements.
  17. MiG-21 is def my favourite - funny thing it actually feels like a 21 hehe - very fun to fly. I think A-10 would benefit from some more pitch - itshart to convince it to fly "up". btw, my impressions are from KSP with out FAR mod.
  18. As a fellow player of DCS I really like the planes you choose - especially MiG-21. It looks like a lil bit improved version with smaller nose cone - could be some post cold war upgrade hehe. A-10 is almost spot on, but missing the noisy big gatling of course Gloster looks like gloster, not much to add. With some modded parts you can make those even closer to RL, but still its a very cool job Gmod. -I will try them later and see how they flies, thanks for sharing the craft files. PS: we need ekranoplan that works!
  19. You can try DCS World - base game is free on steam and you will get 2 very detailed planes with it - if you want more simulator experience. If you looking for casual fun in MP - try War Thunder, its also free. Space games - Elite Dangerous is pretty good.
  20. I think this project is really promising, and for me (Orbiter, KSP, DCS pilot) it will be pretty much dream come true. I don't really believe in super depth/realism of upcoming Star citizen, so this little gem is worth checking out. I hope this will be a hit.
  21. I'm sure there's a lot of inaccuracies in Interstellar, but I have to say - it was a great movie experience, not everything has to be ultra realistic.
