How to recover a VAB schematic?

I may have gone and goofed up big here. I just got done designing a Tylo lander and its launcher, but I left its name as "Untitled Spacecraft." So I get it into space, go back to the VAB, and start designing a Laythe lander... but I forget to rename the vehicle before building. So now, instead of my Tylo lander and launcher saved as "untitled spacecraft," it's 7 parts of my Laythe lander. I'm wondering if there's any way to recover the VAB schematic for the Tylo lander, as I realized there's a problem with the ladders that I've left uncorrected on the version in orbit. Only the lander is in orbit, not the rest of the launch vehicle. If there's any way to recover the entire assembly that'd be great.

It's gone, sorry, once you save another "Untitled Space Craft" the old one is overwritten, and the auto-saved ship is overwritten on launch.
