The Republic Commandos land on the "democracy" and take it over to bomb the next poster then kamikaze and jump out before.

Since the bomb is already defused, I jump back away from the bomb.

I then empty an entire needler magazine in the direction of the next poster.

I Googled 4 DC-17 and I had results ranging from camera lenzes to dog collars. Considering the whole "strapped on" thing, I am guessing that it's an electric dog collar. I use scissors to remove it.

The next poster finds himself falling into a black hole (above the event horizon).
