iaminapeartree
For me, I aleays tend to build rockets that are able to fly on the first go (whether they achieve what they set out to do is another story completely). I was wondering if there was anything slated to add reliability as a factor when designing/building a rocket or spaceplane. I would like to see something added to where maybe you can unlock something from the skill tree, but those items unlocked start ot maybe 40% reliability, meaning that they would have more chances to fail on your next mission, unless you research that part further. The reliability could also be increased significantly by succesfully completeling a mission with said parts that were unlocked. Knowing that this idea isnt for everyone, possibly make it optional, this way more experienced players can start from scratch with a harder difficulty. It would also set up nice for when currency is added to the gameplay, meaning you could invest x amount of your budged into R&D to make things more reliable for future missions. Specialist290
First, welcome to the forums!Unfortunately, I believe this idea falls under the "Random failures / malfunctions" category of the What Not To Suggest list. That doesn't mean it's necessarily a bad suggestion, just that it's something that's been either confirmed or or rejected as a new feature by SQUAD themselves, or it's been brought up and discussed so often with so many of the same points and counterpoints brought up that the forum moderation staff believe that users' time would be spent much more productively discussing other ideas that aren't on that list. While we appreciate your enthusiasm and willingness to make a positive contribution to the game's future development, you may want to review that list closely before posting your suggestions.Have a nice day
