What altitude to aero break at for orbit rather than landing?

If I'm coming back from the Mun or Minmus, I usually use the atmosphere to brake for landing and it takes about a half orbit to come down if I make my PE 40 km. If I just wanted to drop my AP down to 200km, what altitude would I make my PE?

Anyone know from experience rather than just guessing?

I tried the advanced menu before asking, but was looking for a drop down menu to change it like when I posted the message. I changed the title of the thread, but not sure if it took.

Apparently it didn't.

Still don't see anything there about a message prefix.

That calculator is awesome. Used it a few times to brake myself into EXACTLY the orbit I wanted at Duna and Jool.
