Yes. Ursa shuttle got too ambitious in a turn and got into a flatspin, taking Jeb and Bill with her. Man that thing is efficient at picking a maneuver and sticking to it. Patemone is the real star though, so it doesn't matter. You could say Patemone devised this "accident" to get ahead.
