Advice on floating bases

Btw how do you refuel the aircraft? Is there a docking port? I couldnt see.

There's a Jr. Docking port on the landing platform floor. My crafts have Jr. Docking ports on their underbelly. I just retract the landing gears and the craft settles down on the docking port for a solid dock. Then I can re-fuel the craft

This is amazing. Could you please walk us through how you get the structures in the water, and dock them together? I only saw two jet engines on one of the platforms
