Axial Tilt?

A lot of these planet plugins look pretty sweet, but there's one thing I'm wondering. Would it be possible to include a planet with a highly tilted axis like Uranus? For that matter, do bodies in the stock game even have any tilt to their axis (axes?)?

No it is not possible to have a axial tilt, none of the planets in the stock game have a tilt. But this might be a plan for the future of kerbal

Nope. Its not even possible with mods atm.
