How to calculate Rocket total mass?

I was wondering if there is a quick way to calculate Delta v or that total mass of my rocket and the weight of the fuel to calculate the Delta V, Or is this a thing that is easier with a mod?

I am think a MOD though I would love to be able to easily do it with out one.

Kerbal Engineer Redux (http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/18230-0-23-Kerbal-Engineer-Redux-v0-6-2-3) does this automatically, and even divides its stats up by stages. So that's the easiest way to do it.

If you want to calculate total mass without any mods, I think you'd have to do it by hand. See http://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/threads/70637-Weights-and-Measures, where somebody asked a question very similar to yours.

You can see the total mass of the rocket by focusing on it in map view, and clicking the info button.

Fuel and oxidizer both weigh 0.005 per unit, so you can work out the mass of those from the resource.

The best way is probably to either keep track of it as you are building, or to click launch and check on map view. You can normally work out your fuel mass for each stage fairly easily. Personally I think it's best to make a spreadsheet as it would be a pain to calculate for asparagus staging etc.

Yeah, info button for full mass, add liquid units + ox units and divide by 200 to get the fuel mass in tons. If you have roughly three times more fuel than payload in a stage then its delta v is ~ engine isp * 10. Simples!
