Barebone system reqrements for ksp?

ok i am playing Ksp on my desktop which has a 2.0Ghz Amd Sempron 3600+ single core cpu, windows 7 32-bit, and a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 Graphics card.

the game can run I just tested it and it can fly planes thanks for feeding the intel though the ram air intake:)

you wouldn't be able to build anything very large, and depending on your RAM you probably wouldn't be able to install any mods, but yes it should be playable.

Why don't you download the demo? The game has been optimized since, so if you can run the demo, the full game will run even better.

ive got 3.86 usable out of 4 so i can play the game with 1 or 2 mods installed and thanks for the comment

How much memory do you have?

Myself, I'm running on a 2.9 GHz Athlon II Dual Core, but with only a GeForce 630a and a mere 2 GB of RAM. Game runs okay with about a dozen mods going - the lag DOES get annoying with ships much above 400 parts. And yes, I'm running with reduced graphics settings, but apparently not the lowest.

i just found out I run the exact same ram as you do but I can still run 2 big mods on the game aka B9 aerospace and firespitter

I've run KSP on an AMD E350 APU with 2GB of RAM, was slow at times but playable.

The bottleneck is usually in the parts count. As there is a point where no matter how long the gfx setting is, the game would still lag because your ship/rocket/station is just too big.
