New timewarps

I feel there should be a new physics timewarp and a new timewarp for general space travel.

The physics timewarp should be able to go up to x5 speed. Sometimes things feel too slow for me.

There should also be another space travel timewarp, letting you travel up to 1,000,000 times faster. The current fastest timewarp is great for getting to places like Eve and/or Duna, but it takes a while to get to places like Jool or Eeloo.

Physics warp is limited to 4x because of instability. Even at 4x simple constructions can sometimes shake themselves to pieces. Any higher is just asking for your ship to e spontaneously destroyed.
