[TUTORIAL] Easier way to build asparagus staging without placing parts 1-by-1

Hi everyone.

Probably there are many people using this tecnique to build asparagus, but that was a real pain to make it in VAB... Placing fuel lines one-by-one, hunt and sort decouplers.... yay..

It's a bit faster and easier.

I find sub assemblies and placing in pairs easier and more useful then attempting 1 to 1 or worse yet, trying to set up staging when one has placed boosters all at once with symmetry.

More easier if you save your working lifters as subassembly. For example I already spent a day to make lifters only for different weights: 20t 40t 50t 80t 100t...
