Hollywood lighting for screenshots

Would it be possible to have a mode where the game can be frozen and ships lit up purely for screenshots. I know that it could be used for some kind of cheating, hence the idea to completely freeze the game and lock everything down. I just think it might make it easier to show off and share your accomplishments.

in other games it's usually called 'photomode'. i'd suggest this will have to go to the mod community (if not done already)
