Toggleable Fuel-lines

Just a little tweak, but it would be nice if you could rightclick/hotkey fuel lines so as to use them as fuel valves. Ive done the fancy trick with jr docking ports and Oscar-b's, (great fun) but y'know in the name of simplicity and weight savings and all that.

Yeah, I've suggested this before. It'd be really useful in some advanced booster designs.

I recently learned that the TAC Fuel Balancer mod allows disabling of fuel lines, if you're willing to use a mod.

You can also place a couple of docking ports in the middle of a fuel line to get the switch functionality. It's not pretty but as a workaround it works.

But yeah, it would be nice to have fuel lines tweakable (and usable with action groups) and it would be also nice if it was possible (also with action groups) to enable/disable fuel crossfeed on parts.
