How Do I Install the NASA A.R.M pack

Im curious about this as i really want to play with the new parts, tweakables and asteroids. i have this game on steam, and if someone could tell me how to install (or enable) this pack?

The ARM pack has not been released yet. When it is, you can install it like any other update. I believe steam defaults to automatic updates, so if that is the case, you will receive the ARM pack automatically.
