it depends, was that part of the ship? if it was then yes

Edit; just whipped together the highest-G inducing craft I could think of (pod + small fuel tank + bertha engine) and it doesn\'t faze the man. Around 50G I think, it\'s too short so the end mission screen doesn\'t display it.

I\'ve done this about six times before. If you come in at a steep angle with only the pod, Jebediah will scream like a baby without a pacifier.
