I don't think you could hit my X-32 in a real time battle.

Maybe, maybe not, since I'm not a spectacular pilot. :P

In any case, while testing my new SSTO fighter (designated the "XD-X") I managed to pull off some quite amazing aerial stunts with it, such as power-slides and flipping the plane (losing control), then dramatically pulling out of the self-induced stall and rocketing low over the R&D Center.

Also, here's a some what better view of the bird:

Also, a dogfight against your X-32 would be interesting, considering that I got a bit of inspiration from (oddly enough) the Northrop YF-23 Black Widow II.

I fired four I-beams at the Hydra and managed to hit a weak spot, doing excessive damage, I then reloaded and aimed for the same spot and got the same result.

I managed to destroy the command module every time and managed to obliterate the ship with an SRB.

Also, thanks to 64bit the 956 parts together was no problem.

Anyway, I only took one screenshot after the second hit:

Hey daemon, I've been getting the same bug you have with 0.24. All my i-beam missiles, or any separator rocket+probe stack disk type round for that matter, are completely useless.

They lack any way to launch (the game refuses to acknowledge that there is even a missile on a docking port), and the only fix is to recover a craft and re-arm it with missiles produced post-0.24 update.

In light of this, (and your Kraken issues in our battle,) do you wish to re-start? Perhaps with a smaller amount of craft, and more advanced units?

If you don't, I completely understand and will attempt to make my move however I can.

EDIT: This might just a problem with 64 bit. If so, I'll stick to my laggy 32 bit install.

My 32 bit doesn't even work anymore. And my 64 bit is just as laggy as the old 32 bit. We can restart, but I'm still trying to get KSP to work.

I'm not trying to be insensitive, but I made slight updates to my SA-6 missile launcher. I already had a prototype a few months ago, and I do not support Putin.

Team Murica is officially jumping in. We are a group of 3 engineers who run a run-down company that doesn't do much. However we do all enjoy violence, so here's the fleet! Open for battles.

WIP

I feel honored. you actually... studied... my 6th gen fighter. I mean, really? You called it the F### Yeah?

lol It's exactly the same plane. Please credit the original author of the design.

I know. I actually find it flattering.

This whole scenario reeks of De Ja Vu.
