Project Firehawk is finished. Project Firehawk is a project to make a carrier-based fighter. The Stygian, the result of this project, will go up tomorrow. I need to get some sleep.

New carrier and new fighter. Cool

//BATTLE UPDATE//

Zokesian Ships:

USSZS Kaiser Friederich III

USSZS Inger

USSZS Rammstein

USSZS Augsburg

USSZS Lamar

Lamar's task force sighted multiple large hostile Battle-cruisers, and engaged the lead ship (Trident). Her first missile went right up the barrel, destroying the MAC cannon. The second missile hit the portside aft section, knocked off half the secondary missiles, and tore out a large portion of hull, as well as an engine and some fuel. I doubt she will get anywhere with 2100L of fuel and a destroyed main gun. Lamar returned to the rest of the task force of Augsburg and Inger, awaiting assistance from two more Drekevaks in high orbit.

Lol... I got terrible artifacting in 64 km by 64 km maps.

I guess I might have to upgrade, or downgrade, to one of those workstation ecc gpus.

I am also working on some disposable drones. Should make battles more interesting.

I feel sorry for that trident. If you hit a kraken drive, I would enjoy seeing the ensuing chaos.

-Nautilus attacks Inger-

Trident is still quite alive and mobile.

Dumping the useless ammo.

Going to go grab those missiles.

Nice catch!

Moving on to my actual attack for this turn...

Nautilus fired her main cannon eight times. That's way too many times. That is one resilient ship you have there. Eight hits. One final kill shot.

Much Inger I sense in you... You must train yourself to let go of everything you fear to lose...

as soon as im done writing a bit more for my Extended Essay about the Saturn V, I will post some KSP photos (Including my new powder scheme for the Super Heavy Drek XXII)

For now, enjoy this drawing of Drek XXII and 23-2 I made in calc review today.

Your drawing style looks almost identical to mine! :P Though I'm pretty out of practice by now.

aah, that sucks. Why is the radial attachment clipped to the main computer? This flaw upsets me.

I notice that happens way too often, so I usually just stick the main computer on a random spot inside after I've built everything else.

I did that too, i guess ill just have to change it after the battle :P Anyway ill be on KSP in a sec, when I do ill look to see if my main part (truss beam) is still attached, that would mean the ship is still alive :P we will see.

I must say your armor is exquisite, it is rediculously hard to pen. I shot two shredders into it and barely dinged it. This will take some well aimed runs to take one of these down.

The truss beam is still attached, but because the main computer is detached, the ship is dead.

but the ship was built off the turuss, and there are other computers in it...

Edit whatever you probably did lots of damage to it anyway, i'll just salvage the missiles and move on.

The rule now reads "original core". If the rule has been changed that the truss counts as the original core, then that completely changes how the game is played.

@MinusUdn, I have a battle post almost ready... but after attacking your landed fighter at night, I waited till daytime on Gilly to finish it off.

Then, this happened:

SLULVcF.png

Somehow, while I was in map view waiting for sunlight, your ship GOT EATEN BY GILLY. (or the Kraken, either of which makes me nervous... :( )

There's only around 2 or 3 pieces of debris left, and I did hit it with 2 i-beams. You want to count it as a kill, or shall I re-move?

Probably you time time warped while the ship was some cms over Gilly's floor, causing it to "crash" and destroying it. If you have time try taking your turn again, if you have a lot of stuffs to do, i'm ok with a dead ship, after to all your corvettes have enough ammo to destroy it. If you decide to retake your turn and the kraken eat my ship again, just fly it into a low orbit and shoot it dead :P I want to see if the pilot survives this time too

@Daemon, Augsburg went and recovered 2 of Inger's missiles, and shot three at Spellstopper, knocking out both rear engines, and main gun. The Lamar and Augsburg then retreated to a slightly higher orbit, in the hopes they can outrange the battle-cruisers.

I've got classes most of this week, so I'll put up a post with the turn I've already made. I will, however, test and see how well your ships stand up to Shredders. :D

I think it is like that because sometimes a truss piece will be named the ship and be labeled as a ship when it should be label as debris.

That totally does not address the issue at all.

Well I haven't really been keeping up. I was just throwing in 2 cents

Edit: if your tired of "let it go" videos, I'm sorry (I am too) but this is a hilarious parody of it
