TNTGODZZ
so will this live stream become active for all launches?
Agamemnon
no - it depends on the particular launch... russian launches are usually broadcasted on tsenki.com/en (and nasa tv, if it is iss related launch - ie. soyuz and progress spacecrafts)... then nasa launches (iss related, or science related) are streamed on nasa tv... ula launches on ulalaunch.com... european (esa) launches are streamed on arianespace.tv (arianespace.com)... chinese launches usually are not streamed (and if they are, it is broadcasted on chinese television - cctv.cn/cntv.cn)some of the launches are streamed on spaceflightnow.com (ustream.com)... all launches (us, russian, esa, chinese, japan, indian) are text covered on nasaspaceflight.com (with links to live video, insiders info and more sources if available - as live countdown, etc)

Agamemnon
well, imo, proton is one of the best looking launchers... as someone wrote on facebook, it looks the way a launcher is supposed to btw:the next launches are delta iv launch for nro (us government) on thursday (29.3.), once again proton for russian government on friday (30.3.) and chinese cz-3b with a comm sat for a hong kong company on saturday (31.3.)... we gonna get a good and busy week
Agamemnon
oh, and i forgot on wednesday (28.3.) the atv will dock to the station...
Tiberion
That should be cool I saw in that video channel that the wet test for Falcon 9 last week went well, so maybe we\'ll have something a little different to watch in April
Agamemnon
yeah, it went well... not flawless, but well... the launch is planned for 30.4. (1722gmt)... somewhere around 12th, the frr (flight readiness review) will be performed... then we will know if they will really launch... and iirc, the launch window is instantaneous and only once in 3 day...but in april there is more than spacex cots... a progress launch to iss, a proton launch, an atlas v launch, one indian launch and the cots... and then one soyuz undocking and landing edit:oh, and the best one... the north korea has a rocket launch planned in the middle of april
Johno
Proton looks great . . but its tail flare bothers me. The colour of the exhaust tells me all I need to know about the toxicity of its combustion products!
Agamemnon
ah, yes... n2o4/udmh... they are working on a replacement (angara) though... first launch is planned for 2013 - at least launch of the core, cause it will have modular design (is planned to be able to fly in configuration with 1, 3 and 5 cores - and perhaps even 7 later for 45t launcher)...
