Is tracking Asteroid activate them?

My question is, if I click unknown objects and track them, am I activating a deadline? Or they gonna hit kerbin anyway even if I don't track them

They won't all actually hit Kerbin. Very few should ever enter a direct intercept course and activating then doesn't change their trajectory anyway.

A few do start out on a collision course with Kerbin, but as far as I'm aware, tracking them doesn't "activate" them as such. They still follow their own course through the solar system; choosing to track them just allows you to see where they're going.

Asteroids you have never tracked at all, and asteroids you once tracked but then quit tracking, will eventually despawn and be replaced by new asteroids.

Most will not hit Kerbin unless you make them do so, but even then they won't hurt anything.
