Set the COM as target on non-asteroid bodies

Hi!

If you used a claw on an asteroid, you could have noticed that the game offer you to target the COM of the asteroid. However, if you want to use the claw on something else(e.g a debris you want to deorbit), you can't target the center of mass.

My suggestion is to allow to target the COM on non-asteroid bodies, it would help a lot for reducing the Kessler syndrome(if you want to reduce it )

Yes, that would make the claw more versatile. We could more easily move ships around with a tug.
