KSP or PC? is rejecting mods

in 0.23 my install had various mods, mostly plugins like Docking port alignment indicator,FAR and others, also had AIES, and KW i always have been a mod user, anyway since 0.23.5 has come out, ksp started rejecting mod, crshing while loading the menu screen, i cant put any mod, not a single one or the game crashes, even if they're updated for 23.5, sometimes it doesn't even creates a crash report, so i tried re-installing a fresh 0.23, and it happens the same with it, no mods can be used, not even a single one.
