Ion rocket mothership interplanetary mission

I challenge you to design and launch a huge space station with ion rockets at least 25. Have a base for each planet and moon connected to put it there. Bring stations to put around every celestial object. When done use it as a station past eeloo way past it like 1000000 k after.

As for the challenge, due to the huge buff in ION engine performance, I think it's a great and very possible challenge to do. We do need bigger Xenon tanks though, because the mothership is going to be whackjob-sized parts count.
