I've been making RTGs run on Plutonium Dioxide, using it to generate electricity. I've made the resource and added it to the stock RTGs but they don't provide power quickly enough. When not used in 10x warp at least they cannot provide power at all. I really need some help here, and I can give bits of the cfgs if needed.
