Windows Game Resolution

Very minor feature that could probably be added easily.

1. Borderless 'windows' mode - on multi-monitor systems it's nice to have a browser open whilst playing the game without the window hiing when you click outside on fullscreen. (I'm surprised this isn't there already)

2. Custom fields for windows size - I know you can do this via a config file but if you then open the settings page and change anything you need to go back to the config page and reset it again.

(I've had a quick scan but can't see these mentioned, so now expect someone to point it out 30 secs after I post)

You can start KSP with -popupwindow to get a borderless mode, you can also force resolutions with -screen-width and -screen-height, these are Unity command line arguments.

Running borderless in HD now.
