Flight analysis

I feel that currently the flight log is fairly useless, it gives you very basic information, most of which you know anyway.

My idea is that the flight log should not be just a block of text, but rather a whole window where you could see different graphs, more precise timelines, etc. The most important things I would like to see, besides what is already there, are:

More precise timestamps

Down to 1/100th of a second. Then I could understand better why things broke, not just that they broke.

Altitude at which things happened

Knowing exactly how high above ground/surface I was when things broke would help me see the progress I have made in fixing problems.

More events, ability to filter them

Engines/tanks running out of fuel, things happening through action groups (including a notification that an action group was used), even lights turning on and off, everything that happens, really.

Altitude/velocity/acceleration graphs

With the ability to place the events on them so I could see how any events affected the flight. Again, would help a lot with craft development.

Resource consumption/generation rates

Including how much of a resource would be spent if you had more of it and how much would be generated if you had more capacity.

Lots of more things, not necessarily less important

I could go on endlessly. There are things I want that simply will not happen, like being able to replay your flight from start to end, but a lot more could be done than what I listed here.

Also I would like to be able to (but not obligated to) give a name to each and every part I use in my craft so that I could not see that "Jumbo tank and Jumbo tank disconnected from each other", but rather "Stage 3 Jumbo tank 1 disconnected from Stage 3 Jumbo tank 2".

Basically, instead of a simple log that only helps you see which parts need more struts, I would like to have a tool that actually helps me improve the craft even when nothing goes wrong. Because not all of us laugh when a rocket blows up at launch and not all of us like the "MOAR BOOSTERS" ideology.

Also, I apologize if this has been requested before. I couldn't find anything like this.

I can't understand how no one else is interested in this. Am I really the only one that wants to see some more data instead of explosions?

I do find the flight report data difficult to parse. The more precise timestamps would be especially useful. Would be nice to know if the parts colliding are still attached to the main ship, too. I don't really care if some jettisoned boosters collide.

Some kind of interactive Vessel View for viewing part positions, temperatures, fuel tank states etc. at failure would be useful too.
