Based on seeing three NERVAs, you probably don't have a TWR above 1 on Eve. Unless the fuel tanks being almost emopty factors in, in which case you might get off the ground for a bit before the fuel runs out.

I'm not sure what you mean. I see the fuel levels (very low). Do you mean to ask how far we think it would go it it was fully fueled? Because I agree with tylochallenge…I don't think it could lift its own weight fully fueled.
