spaceport mods with authors not on forums.

there are several mods that are on the spaceport that exist no were else, like ansur-nieds JPLV pack. we need to save these mods for wiping.

Proposal: people with open space on their online storage services should get these mods from spaceport and upload them there, saving them from destruction.

I have already saved the JPLV pack.

It's not that simple. Because of licensing, it's not always possible to simply redistribute those mods. On top of that, whether or not the authors have a forum account really has no bearing here - if it's only distributed on Spaceport, and the license doesn't allow redistributing it, then, well, tough break: it will die with Spaceport.

i never said re-distribute, just save from being permanently lost.
