Getting Large Ships Into Orbit

So, I have been browsing the Rocket Exchange and seeing some very impressive ships, indeed! However, I decided to download a few of the larger ones and realized a point of confusion. There seems to be no way to get some of the ships in space, as far as I can tell, despite seeing screenshots of them...in space. The Co-21F won't launch from the SPH runway or the launch pad. I clearly must be missing something, but, the question succinctly is: "How does one launch ships of this size into space in KSP?"

You'll have to use radial decouplers to attach engines and fuel tanks, and add a lot of struts to make sure it doesn't come apart during launch.

You can follow that heavy lift tutorial that was posted a little bit ago. I designed my current heavy lift mechanism based off that.

Or hack gravity, but with hack gravity if you are not going orbital velocity when you turn it off you will start falling back.

Most likely, those warship designs were hyper edited into orbit or used the infinite fuel, and, or gravity cheat. The true heavy lifters don't require such help. Many do require careful piloting.
