question about the ladder

I don't see anymore the ladders deployed in the VAB when I build a ship. I do not understand what happened and what I did wrong....

I must launch and deployed outside to see what they look like....

Any idea how to fix that?

I believe that the ladders now start off folded up as the default instead of deployed as before. So they are there, just hidden.

Right click the ladded in VAB/SPH and click "Deploy", that should work, now with Tweakables they made it so they start closed by default inside of the VAB/SPH

Just be aware there's a bug; if you extend a ladder in the VAB, launch, then revert to the VAB you'll be unable to retract the ladder in the VAB and will have to trash it and place a new one. So check all your ladders are folded away before you launch to save yourself some hassle.
