Undock the arm and let it swing, 1 and 2 to fire rockets to rotate the arm.

This is just the arm, I hope to build a full body eventually.

UPDATE 1:

I decided she is a she, gave her a shotgun and named it the Highlander because I'm Scottish and I play mechwarrior.
