If the wings were a bit longer it could be a Bf-109

The wings are fine, plus the tailplane and propeller are wrong for a Messerschmitt. I think it looks like a Zero with the bulging front end.

The "square" cockpit makes it look like a Messerschmitt plane, but those wings are more close to a Spitfire or a P-51 Mustang

I'd suggest calling it the ME-S51.

I usually use the "American" naming system for stuff or something that refferences the vehicle its based off of and the time the plane was created.(Spartan III - Gladiator II, C6T2-A6M2, FLaSH-29 - MiG-29)
