What I'd do, ordered by realisticness:

I'd throw up

I'd waste hours identifying every geographic feature on the earth below

I'd bring my laptop and play KSP in microgravity

I'd bring out my binoculars in the observation deck and spy on all the spy satellites

I'd fire an arrow in microgravity and see how far it flies

I'd whack a NERVA on the outside of the station, connect it to a fuel tank, and set course for Saturn

I would attempt propelling myself around by blowing air, as if my mouth were some sort of RCS Nozzle. (Wait, can someone tell me if that would work?)
