ISS EVA photo existence?

Hi there!

I was thinking the other day about how the ISS orbits very close to the surface of the Earth, and how someone with even a poor telescope should be able to see it easily.

I remembered also that the ISS has had astronauts go on EVA numerous times, and began to wonder if anyone has taken a picture of an EVAing astronaut from the surface?

Has anyone ever encountered such a photo? And if not, does anyone know when the next EVA is planned?
