Map view enhancements

I would love to see the following improvements to the map view:

* see stages and remaining fuel (like in camera mode)

* time warp is throttled when approaching any planned maneuvers

* if cruising above a biome, show the name of the biome

support + I would also like these things to be adjustable in the form you can put it away, not just an f1 replacement.

+ 1 WOULD love these features but most of all id love to be able to stage in map mode

I would like to add an atmosphere viewing so it'll be easier to plan re-entries. +viewing the hight of a trajectory through the atmosphere, at any point(not just the apogee) so it will also be easier to predict the landing site.

couple this with maneuver nodes saving on a per ship basis(they do do that now right?) and we have a stock version of kerbal alarm clock.

doh! I just found the "resources" button on the top right... it shows remaining fuel in map mode.

Yes but that's the entire ships fuel which isn't very useful unless you're on your last stage.

I use Kerbal Engineer to get a per stage readout.

I'd also like to add that the navball should be on-screen by default. In a majority of cases, you want to see the navball or use the throttle.
