Nice trailer! (I didn't know we had a trailer... I even get my own font in it though, that aught to count for something)

And also, glad to be a part of the team and to have the opportunity to compete in the official contest!

The feeling is 100% mutual.

From what Rowsdower just confirmed, it's going to be tricky not owning up to which one's ours, until the right time.

Their 6pm is my 9am.. I need to sleep. Damn you uni all nighter sleep pattern.

The Jedi team developed several concepts before deciding on our trophy design.

Each team member developed a concept, which we then presented to the others.

After that, we held an internal vote- each member voted for a design that was not there own.

And that brought us to the design we submitted.

These are some other designs the team came up with:

Thanks Xacktar! And by the way Tw1 the last image in the album has a typo in "representing".

Looking forward to the second challenge! A youtube video will be a much more involved effort than the last challenge for sure. We have big plans, but, as usual, no talking about it before the votes are in!

I'll be honest. I'd say it's about 25% winning. That beautiful golden kerbal, all mine... er, ours! :wink:

However, the other 75% is completely defending the forum. Reddit gets away with a lot of stuff I don't like, and although the KSP community isn't involved in most of the worse stuff, it still gives me a total hate of all things Reddit. And we'll leave it at that.

For me, it's 26% wining, 39% representing the forum, and 35% having fun making promo images and stuff. Speaking of which, here's a dodgy clip of the trophy I took while trialing screencapture tech for the next challenge.

Lightsaber glow may or may not look bad in Windows Photo Viewer/Firefox. This has something do do with how they work with colors. If you view it in IrfanView or Paint.NET, it looks fantastic.

Except this lightsabre is in a vacuum. Glow is light spreading due to atmosphere. It should have no glow at all...
