You could expand that, EVA reports can be done from on the surface and just above the surface and Negative gravioli detector can get three hits from each biome, surface, just above and high above.

The nosecone is the one that kills me. It's terribly difficult to fit it anywhere.

That's why there's Surface/FlyLow/FlyHigh/SpaceLow/SpaceHigh. Isn't that all the cases where you can do an EVA report?

Am I correct in understanding that biomes stretches up in space? So I can do an crew report while flying low over both Tundra and Ice Caps?

So if I'm at the mun and want to get all the points I have to do eves while flying low at all the biomes?

You can just jump in the air or do an EVA report while on the ladder or using the jetpack to get the "low over" EVA report. For example, when you land on the Mun's midlands you can get out of the ship, do an EVA report from low over the midlands, store that in the command pod then climb down and get an EVA report from the Mun's midlands. With the Negative gravioli detector you can take a surface reading from the Midlands, store that in the command pod, take off and get a reading from space low over the midlands, then increase the radius of your orbit and get a reading from space, high over the midlands.

You know what, this as a plugin so you can watch that list ingame with the percantage of completion in the fields would be awesome.

Now the problem is just finding someone who'd code that XD

Better yet, sortable fields, so you can pop what you still need to do on a given body to the top!

Why do all this when the Science Library mod does it for you in-game and shows actual progress?
