Note that this ship doesn't have enough fuel to make it to the mun (barely to orbit) so I removed all fuel. Use debug fuel (THE HORROR). Yeah I know but this ship did land on the moon in "Destination Moon" and return via powered descent so I see no reason it shouldn't in KSP!

Also note that I removed the Nuclear engines as there really isn't a need in them.

I never did finish reading this one. DUnno why. (Tintin was in one of the books my sister had a subscription to. I don't think I read anything else out of that book so I don't even remember what it was)

It was clearly a Heinlenian torchship with nuclear drive! After all, it was built by professor Calculus, so advanced tech is a given (I had to look that up, for me he will always be "profesor Tornasol").

I never read the books, but I do still love the animated series to this day. I haven't ever seen the one where they go to the moon yet but I'm sure it's out there somewhere on the internet.

Great looking replica, as has already been said. Takes me back to my childhood days when I used to watch Tintin, but was too young to understand it because of all the complexities... Now that I'm older I can appreciate it more.

Hah, Awsome. That was the first book in the series I ever read, and a good replica. Can I reccomend the kerb paint mod? With that you could (to some extent) get it the same colour as well.
