FASA by Frizzank has one, and one is also included in the Saturn V mod by Denny. FASA is a very large mod, as it contains both Gemini, Mercury, Apollo and some other stuff, so you might want to trim it down. The engines in FASA are scaled for use with the other game parts, while those in Denny's Saturn V are scaled to 64 % of the real size.
