I Made Kerbin

It's quite complicated, I'm afraid. First I got a map of Kerbin (2048 by 1024 pixels I believe), and a cloud map at the same resolution. Then, in Gimp, I made the Kerbin map one layer and the clouds another. I then merged the layers together and went to Filters>Map>Map Object and messed with the settings until it made a sphere. Now, I could continue for another paragraph on what I did to get the final product, but that would be too long and complicated. So, I'll link the video I watched on how to do this. It isn't a tutorial, so if you're like me you'll have to watch it over a couple times to understand what's going on. But, it is all there, and it is the exact same technique I used.

EDIT: Here's where I got the map of Kerbin from. http://www.kerbalmaps.com/
