even lost crafts?

I have a mapping probe in orbit around Gilly, I was mapping kethane then an transfer node came up so I switched and did the burn.

After sending the other ship towards Dress I went to the VAB to check out a design in the Dress ship and then to tracking station, here my Gilly mapper was gone.

I quit the game, restarted and it was still gone, I loaded a earlier save from just before the Dress burn.

The mapper had a NaN orbit and was not visible in map view, could rotate and burn but this did not help.

Is this common? Any fixes?

Was afraid so, however I wonder if Gilly is a dangerous location I think I have lost stuff in orbit around it before?

gilly is awesome, stay there. I had more krakens on Kerbin than on gilly
