[Question] Gravity

Is there a way to add a gravity field to a part ? This could be useful for asteroids... A small gravity, but enough to land a small probe on. Can it be done ?

To a part? Probably not. In order to create a celestial object with its own sphere of influence, you\'d need to do some pretty wild reflection voodoo.

Well, I think it\'s easy to arbitrarily manipulate the velocity of the ship. You could apply a small additional acceleration toward nearby asteroids, for example. This might not work during time warp or for non-active vessels, but I think it would be enough to allow you to land on an asteroid.
