[WIP] Minecraft-style parts in KSP.

Hello!

I have begun work on a mod that would add minecraft inspired blocks to KSP, this will be the dev thread, and I will (try to) post updates frequently to keep anyone who is interested posted. First though, I want to start off with a poll to see if anyone is interested in having MC style parts in KSP. Please ask questions and give input as to what style you would want these parts to be, and what specific parts you would like to see.

Could you perhaps go into a bit more detail than that? What do you mean by minecraft style blocks? What advantage over mods such as KAS does this have? Do you intend to make KSP more like Space Engineers?

By minecraft style I mean 1m cubes with 16p textures. With KAS compatibility as well as other mods. I've made some progress on the textures, but not much else. Possibly a bit like space engineers, by building stations and ships on EVA, if thats what you mean. I was also planning on using tweak scale, so that people could use whatever size they want. The main reason I went ahead and started the thread was I wanted to test the waters so to speak.

Why would I want that? If I wanted to play Space Engineers, Minecraft, or some other really over rated game, I would.

It's merely an IDEA, I thought people might want to make their own things on EVA. Evidently not.

Building stuff on EVA isn't a bad idea, adding minecraft blocks to a (kinda) realistic game IS a bad idea.

It just wouldn't make sense and it would look bad...

I was trying to think of a good base block style that would be easy to use with KAS, it may end up not being like MC blocks at all.
