How is your relationship with the Kraken?

I am friends with the Kraken. He never attacked any of my ships, and I give him some shrines as presents. Sometimes he even helps me, by pushing my ships and rovers if they get stuck or run out of fuel.

He must like me, because I've only ever had 2 or 3 real Kraken attacks since I started playing the game (so in ~250 hours of gameplay). Sure, one of those attacks corrupted a save I'd been working on for weeks but it's nice to think of that as some kind of protection fee

I wouldn't say friends exactly (perhaps he/she/it wants to be my friend, but scary Kraken is scary), but we've met and I don't hate anything for it

The Kraken is the One True God. All Kerbals worship It and hope someday to be carried by It into Its Own Dimension. This is the main reason Kerbals go to space, in hopes that The Kraken will take them. So far from being the nemesis of Kerbals, The Kraken is their friend and protector. It is The Kraken that keeps Kerbin rolling neatly along its rails, after all. So if The Kraken demands a sacrifice, it's a small price to pay.
