Is a NUKE possible in KSP?

So i was playing around in KSP and started making warhead looking things and thought "Why hasn't someone made a small part that just has a giant explosion" and i thought "is it THAT easy or is there more to it?".so i tried making that but then i realized i don't have a clue what i have to do to make that happen.i was wondering is it possible to make that happen? or is a thing that just won't work out.

I'm unsure if Lazor Systems and Lazor Powered Weaponry has been updated to 0.24 yet, but that features a "cruise missile" that has a 90km range and a 2.5km blast radius.

The closest you can get to a nuke in KSP is with the KSP Interstellar mod. It is achieved by filling up an Antimatter tank then completely depleting its charge, causing a massive explosion capable of destroying class E asteroids
