It looks like KSP Interstellar with egregious use of TweakScale.

It's actually from Space Engine. I made it in the Space Engine ship editor and then used my modding skills to shoehorn it into KSP at full scale. Being for one thing meant for humans (which are bigger than Kerbals) and for another meant to represent a much more advanced level of spacefaring technology, it's of course much, much larger than typical Kerbal stuff. xD

And no, it doesn't actually fly. As of 0.23.5 it can turn but can't move for some reason, presumably due to one of the performance tweaks not playing well with the large scale.
