Let me start out by saying that flying this to orbit was a lot of fun. 8)

Flight tips:

* This craft, due to its asymmetrical nature, relies on heavy use of SAS.

* From launch, the craft has a pitch-down tendency until 4000m, at which it will change to a pitch-up tendency. It is around this 4000m elevation that you have your only opportunity during the launch to safely adjust your heading (roll the craft so your desired heading is in the pitch-up direction).

* Pitch maneuvers during the ascent are best done by tapping the \'f\' key.

* Watch the SAS! If the SAS (not ASAS) units max out, the craft will lose attitude control. Throttle down to keep the SAS within its limits.

i love it, as you said it pitches over every once in a while, but it looks great and flies well. i\'ve been trying to make something similar after seeing it, but can\'t figure out how you got it to be symmetrical along the x-axis. help?

The symmetry tool won\'t work for this kind of thing. You have to do it manually.

man, that\'s what i\'ve been trying, but it hasn\'t worked out to well (i keep getting too complicated for it to be manual).

Gave it a whirl.

Go try out the Deimos II. It might go better for you. Remember that it\'s a different method of flying than your typical rocket.
