Dumbest Question Around (about rocks... or lack thereof)

I've seen plenty of gameplay vids with rocks on the Mun and Duna... and... how do I get those in (unless it's a mod)?

Depends on the machine. My computer can't handle SM3 terrain shaders with serious lag, but it can run 50% Terrain Scatter without any noticeable drop in framerate
